Towards that end, my mission is to make you laugh, think, question, or feel one article at a time.
I have spent most of my career writing for magazines and sites such as Elle Decor, Fashion Etc., Avenue, and Haute Living, covering subjects as diverse as fashion, celebrity, design, beauty, entertaining, contemporary art and film.
I am the author of Ultimate Style, a history of the International Best Dressed List (Assouline 2004).
Other noteworthy stints include being a guest host on E!'s 101 Most Sensational Crimes of Fashion, and on the Style Network's Jennifer Aniston Special.
The world, and our lives, can be challenging. Thank goodness fashion, art and culture - popular or highbrow - remind us that they can also be beautiful.
